Whether you indulged in too much salt yesterday, had one too many cocktails, or slept on your tummy… You woke up with puffy eyes and you want them gone ASAP. Exercising and drink large quantities of water will fix this, but not everyone has time for that! 

No problem, beautiful eyes are just a couple steps away. First: keep a cucumber on hand, in your fridge.  When the puffy eyes decide to make an unwelcome appearance you will be ready to go to battle.

Slice two thin pieces for your eyes, then lay down on your back. Place a slice on each eye for 4-5 minutes. Cucumbers have antioxidants which will help with irritation, and the cooling should help reduce the swelling.
