Research has shown that starting your mornings with a glass of hot lemon water can help: flush out toxins, boost the immune system, balance pH levels, aid in digestion, clear & beautify skin, freshen breath and aid in weight loss. 

Simply cut a fresh lemon in half and squeeze one of the halves into a warm glass of water. Consume before breakfast, coffee or working out.
